Berrima Buslines is the largest and most experienced commuter and school bus operator in the Southern Highlands. It provides an essential service for the region's 36,000 residents and its many visitors. Berrima Buslines' fleet of approximately 50 vehicles travel more than 1.8 million kilometres each year, operating bus routes which extend more than eighty kilometres through some of Australia's most picturesque countryside.

In the north, Berrima Buslines co-ordinates services with its sister operation Picton Buslines. At its hub the operation serves the growing semi-rural resort communities of Mittagong, Bowral, Moss Vale, Bundanoon and Berrima. The operation also links the Southern Highlands with the coastal city of Nowra. It also offers local charter services for the region's many attractions which include historic villages, wilderness areas, spectacular waterfalls, caves and scenic lookouts.
